At last! a good news QANTAS story. Thank the Buddha!

After much heartache, the better half and I had to move our QF Bus tix to Sing. YET AGAIN!. The third time. We cancelled the tix and spent a few weeks attempting to co-ordinate our joint schedules . We went back to QANTAS FF and asked to be rebooked to Sing. NO POINTS had been deducted! We had incurred points losses on the other occasions, the answer was that as the new seats hadnt been allocated, No penalty.
Thank you Buddha!

Yeah, I've cancelled a FF booking once where I'd made the booking, but tickets weren't issued. No penalty.
