I think you may have both missed my point. ;) 'Bias' and who's on the left / far left / extreme left (or right) is a matter of how one personally sees things; where one 'sits'. Like I said, some-one from the far left sees great balance (being between soft left and loony left). You've espoused your own personal viewpoints, and well done on that. Stick to Play School and we shouldn't be in disagreement (or have they started frightening the kids with 'global warming' hysterics, too?) :D

I think you've missed my point. I reject your view that I see balance that doesn't exist. The issue here is your continuing attack on the ABC that presenting a balance view is biased. Your claim that challenging your view is biased as a whole. If you fail to see balanced reporting because of your personal view that is a problem with you not the ABC. Balance in the case of the ABC is not about personal viewpoints but about presenting viewpoints that represent all of Australia, about achieving a full view of the issues to do with any topic. The centre is left of you, but it still represents a balanced position. Your claim that the ABC is biased is not supported, especially with your current admission that it is your viewpoint that is biased.

Now that you've cleared up that the issue is your personal view, can you stop these rubbish attacks on the ABC

People also often forget the ABC is more than just a handful of "controversial" commentators and programs. There's the range of radio networks, quite in depth sports coverage, support for the arts, range of not so controversial apolitical programming, children's programming etc. it's not just Q&A, lateline, 7:30 and four corners.

Anyway back on topic , to date haven't noticed much of a difference since the switch to "Australia Plus".
