Victoria records another new unlinked local case
In the past hour, Victoria Health has been advised of another case.
Mr Foley said they weren't a confirmed close contact and developed symptoms on Monday night.
They were tested on Tuesday.
The person works at the Mooney Valley Racecourse drive-through testing centre as a traffic controller and worked at least two days while infectious.
But Mr Foley said there was "minimal risk" to the centre, but it has been closed and everyone who worked on the same shifts as that cases has been sent home.
He said this was very early information at this stage.
So will only be being interviewed right now.

VIC: Three days to investigate today's new case
Professor Sutton said the man was tested very quickly after being symptomatic.
That means there's one day of having symptoms and then it's assumed he was infectious for the two days before that.
He said that means there's only a three-day window in which the traffic controller was out in the community.
But we'll hear more about that when exposure sites drop later today.
So the big question is who he got it off. And if there has been a growing unknown transmission chain.
