They do indeed.For sure NH beats AC hands down. If you are transfering NH-NH at HND they should allow you to use the Suites lounge as in inbound F pax.

The only flights I can find with AC are into BNE via Toronto AND Vancouver. Computer says no when trying to search Air Canada only, which it did also with the outbound flights. Only Smart Search working for me. Oh well, looks like I'll take ANA F ORD-HND & then J from there back to SYD. Not so bad
Flew back that way 2 weeks ago. The Polaris lounge at ORD was a nice start to the trip...and F on NH was.... damn good. (No surprise there! lol) Only 2 pax in F...and the FA made up the seat across the aisle into a bed so I could move from one to the other as desired. The problem with F ORD-HND was that when i sat down in the J seat for HND-SYD it was a real let down!! (Hows that for a First world problem?? )
I just had a look and couldn't find any of this TG availability.So if TG availability is back it seems to have coincided with the ROP devaluation which went into force on 1st Oct. So TG was saving award seats for ROP members in the run up to the deval??

Has anyone had a problem with a screenshot booking where LM have charged the wrong amount for points + pay?
I booked a PER-SIN-IST-FRA booking yesterday using the screenshot method and couldn't find a PER-FRA availability online to do the screenshot of the points + pay so I said the number of points I wanted to pay (47K) and left the $ cost blank. On the phone when paying, they charged me $995.88USD + fees and taxes instead of what I now know should have been the correct amount of $682.50 for the points, plus F&T. Anyone been in a similar situation and how did you resolve it?

Is anyone else getting error messages when trying to search for flights? I tried about a week ago and it still isn't working. I am clicking on Fly from the Lifemiles home page and it goes to an error message. I can't get it to work
I don't get any errors. But I don't get any results either. Of the 5 days of results it shows...the first 4 quickly go to 'Not available'...the 5th (middle one) never finishes loading. The red dot 'progress' indicator just keeps going forever.
