More importantly, while FEBO is not an issue in AA Coach; FA is... i.e. the AA FA's will serve from the Front Always; if you wish to anti up the USD for an ale or two (won't call them HP's) you really do run the risk of them running out if you are down the back. i.e. you get sweet F-Aall ... :-|
To get your AA booking reference you can call IndiAA with your flight details and they should be able to provide it. QF may be able to do so as well.
