Quite possible if you or someone you know have an address outside the South Pacific. Best is Europe (including Israel) outside the UK and Eire as you'd then get to take advantage of Eurocheat levels should you wish to acquire BAEC Gold or SIlver status.

Basically Continental European members of BA EC get reduced hurdles for earning the BA status. Have a look at

I tried the old Austria when ordering something from the BBC - they have a policy that they will not ship to Australia.

It was picked up when the order was about to be dispatched and the money refunded to my credit card!

If i wanted to cheat i would just send it to an office address in Germany for example and it would make its way to me eventually !
