I recommend Travelan. Available at all chemists, cheapest at Chemist Warehouse. One tablet with each meal and no tummy upsets. Something in it kills the harmful bacteria in food.

Used it extensively through India and no problems.

Yep another vote for Travelan, also thought India was a good test for it although we didn't use it for every meal
