Does anyone know if the companies who run the fast track VOA at Denpasar are still operating? If so is there any to recommend? I have an APEC card but any way to speed up the process would be good.

I used Bali Concierge last year. They have since closed the lounge but I have heard they still operate the Express VOA - not sure??

Two others that are currently offering this service are:

Murti - murti at iprimus.com.au

Hadi - hadbali at gmail.com

$30AU per person on top of the $25US visa fee.

Apec = business visa = VOA ?

I've used my APEC card a few times at Bali. No problems and it's quick and no VOA needed. But that only gets you past immigration. You might still have lines and waiting for baggage claim and customs.
