Bargainflights.com empty promises

I made the mistake of booking air fares on Etihad through Bargainflights.com who are an Australian travel agency based in Sydney. Etihad cancelled our travel due to Covid19.
Bargainflights has both verbally and in writing advised me they are processing a refund of our fares but continue to make hollow promises with no action. I am at the point of taking further action.
I strongly advise anyone contemplating booking through Bargainflights.com to go elsewhere.

Sorry to hear it @Zeggo, and that one of your first posts has to be on such a sour topic. There are a number of people caught in similar scenarios with a lot of different providers. For us it is TripADeal. You are not alone.
