I joined raise.com when I was in the US as we have a computer and printer there.
Maybe try a different computer to get onto raise.com
My first purchase required a phone validation.
I prefer Rubys over Johnny Rockets using the taste bud test method.
 
I get my cheesecake to go and eat it later when I dont feel stuffed.

With the amount it felt like I ate, I could not even approach the take away counter! Next time...

When I visited, I could not even look at the cheesecake! We only ordered 3 appetizers between the 2 of us and we could not even get through those and we were starving after being at Woodbury Common all day!

Next door table had the Cobb Salad and it looked awesome.

Go the deep fried macaroni and cheese...
 
Funnily enough I read that just after I posted it....Aldi will do very well for themselves once they roll out all the Aldi stores in conjunction with TJ

Its a very good dual brand strategy that has worked very well for them in the US.
