A little feedback regarding this facility. I am flying to Singapore this afternoon in WT+. My TA couldn't arrange my preferred aisle seat and so I thought I would try this out to see if the seating arrangement could be changed.

After a little early frustration I was able to get into the site and successfully change my seat. 28J is a single seat at the very front of WT+ with plenty of leg room as a result. It is preferable to the other single (28B) which is near the toilets.

A very pleasing result. Thanks to you fellow FFs who put me onto this and other sites that show seating configuration etc.

Where are the sites with seating arrangements?

Thanks in advanced

The two sites I know of (courtesy of contributors to this site) are:

http://www.seatmap.com

and

http://www.seatexpert.com

The first allows you to nominate the actual flight and class of travel. It then shows the available seats for that flight. I have noticed that if you enter a date in the distant future some seats always appear to be blocked out however.

The second site is one that gives you an idea of the best seats on certain airlines according to the type of plane in their fleet.
