HiQantas's website clearly demonstrates that they prefer us to call them when we have an issue. I would like to send them an email. I finally found one place on their site that will accept emails. Is this the best (only?) one to use? Thanks

I sent a request to frequent_flyer(at)qantas.com.aufor missing pints about 9 months ago, which was answered.

If it's urgent call. You can email the address above but turn-around is about 7 days in my experience, I only email on non time sensitive issues.

There is a dedicated email address for WP which I can PM you once you have enough posts on the forum to accept PMs.

Thanks guys. Appreciate it. It is not urgent so i would definitely prefer to email.

Simongr - is there any chance you could PM Medhead with that address? He's a friend of mine in real life (and am pretty sure he is also a WP these days). I can then call him and get it. Thanks again.

Wow medhead? Of all the people on the forums you could have suggested you went with medhead? PM sent.

Ha! Yes I know what he's like. But I enjoy arguing with him.... Besides - he's actually very nice in person :-) And he's the only person I know on here. I actually used to pay him out when he started talking about "status runs" and "the website says...". I used to tell him to get a life. But after those "enhancements" came out I actually started reading this website myself. And I have to admit it's actually very useful and informative! So there you go medhead - i was wrong. And that is the only time you will ever hear those words from me....

Thanks for that Simongr!

Email address [-]past[/-] passed on.

Not sure if I should say anything else.

Edit: well I did mention that I deserve everything I get. But then most would know that.....

As for being wrong I'm just glad you have finally seen the light :p

And it was a rest day in the TdF last (lassed?) night so I don't even have that excuse.

Oh well fall back to quality education thanks to the mad peanut farmer from kingaroy.

Sorry for digging up an old thread but I'm after the email for the platinum FF contact... need to make an ORC claim... can someone pm it to me please?

As far as I know there is no specific email address for Platinum members. Just the one generic email address noted earlier in this thread. Just use that email address or pick up the phone.

Why not just call the number on the card?

Because I will need to send through supporting documents as well, prefer to just do it all in the one email.

And yes I can (and will) email the normal address now, but since you had posted in this thread last year about a WP email I thought it was worth asking for instead...

Takes ages by email - 4-6 weeks when I claimed CX flights 2 months ago, call them first to save time. They don't reply either.
