I’m also in the market for a stop at MUC - how is the Hilton accessed? Runway noise?

Essentially it’s attached to the terminal. 5 minutes from passport control to the hotel lobby. No discernible aircraft noise. There’s a big Bavarian beer garden at the airport just outside the hotel which is worth a visit prior to a flight.

Apparently Singapore Crowne Plaza is undergoing renovations.
" We regret to inform you that the main building will be closed to make way for the enhancement works taking place from 24 July 2023 till 15 August 2023 from 10am to 6pm"
Should I cancel my reservation on 27tb July out should noise etc be ok?

At LGW, the Hampton Inn is well located - nothing glamorous but solid property that is entirely consistent with flying Easyjet. Departing from the north terminal on a morning flight, it was very easy to pop down and check-in for the flight before returning to shower and have breakfast. Which is what you really want from an airport hotel.
