Heading to Fiji in July and would like any recommendations for Islands. Looking at Vomo, Tokoriki, Matamanoa and any others you can recommend. Has anyone been to these islands?

Hi, I havent been to Fiji for years, but was researching recently and all those ones you mentioned had pro's & cons on trip advisor.. where as this one i found had either excellents or very goods... i trawled trip advisor and it was impossible to find anywhere without some niggles.. and this was the only one i saw that didn't have any... Good luck... I decided to go to hawaii instead, so might try this place another time.

Thanks I'll have a look at that one. Went to Hawaii last xmas and had a great time. Did big Island Maui and Honolulu. Grand Wailea in Maui was lovely. If you go to Maui you have to have dinner at "Mama's Fish House" Fantastic. Spago's at The Four Seasons was awsome as well it had the best service I have ever had at any restaurant.

Great.... I will put those restaurants on my list ! Thanks for the tip. Was there good shopping at all in HNL ?

Waikele Factory outelts was really good. They are near Honolulu just a short drive. All the major ones are there like Ralph Lauren. Osh Kosh etc. I found them much better than the outlets here. There is also a great shopping mall, Ala Moana Centre and the trolly buses run there all day from most areas of Honolulu.

Boutique shopping in Maui at Wailea was good too.

Sunglasses were at least $100 cheaper than duty free in Hawaii.

Avoid the main island. its beyond rubbish! we stayed at octopus which we found to be really really nice. enjoyed our 5 nights there and would go back for a night or 2 on my way to the other yasawa islands. enjoy your holiday!
