Good morningall.
I have been viewing AFF for some time but never actually used it. My very first question is.
I have around 840,000 Amex points and am trying to determine the best FF program to transfer them to.
(I am leaving Amex Plat due to insurance changes).
I really need 2 bus class seats to Frankfurt as I want to visit myson in Amsterdam.
I have FF memebership at Qantas, Singapore, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific airlines.
Looking at & using those airline FF sites is very confusing, any hints?
Thanks

I am a fan of SQ because of availability of flights in Business and First with Saver and Standard points.
You have to watch out for 3 year points life and high fuel levies per ticket.

Gee, that was quick. Yes, in my seaching Singapore did seem the better option. Many thanks

Like Cove I'd certainly be looking at SQ as option for this. With the current transfer bonus Virgin Atlantic would also be pretty attractive (but remember you need to get done by EOM).

My only slight qualm over SQ would be the 3 year limit so possible a mix to SQ and Virgin would be the go. (With the 30% bonus and only 80K points to Hong Kong for Upper Class would in my opinion be worth sending around 125K there (or actually 123077 points +30% = 160K)
.
Qantas would be bottom of my list.
