Best way between concourses DXB Int T3

I'm doing an EK F flight on points in March from DXB to SYD, I'll be inbound to DXB also F from CMB.

I've got 9 hours to kill so I'm looking at doing all the J/F lounges, and the "secret" lounge in Concourse C.

So what's the best way to get between the concourses? Any time estimates greatly appreciated.
