Seems like the old toaster died, as its been replaced with one that is powered by a small nuclear reactor. Where the old one took 5 mins to toast your stuff, this new one does it in 15 seconds flat.
Everyone's getting caught out incenerating their lunch... beware!

That would be Brisbane (BNE) for most of us!

Pop or converyer?

On the contrary, I used it this morning and loved it. For precisely the reason that it used to take 5 mins but now takes 30 seconds.

Tried it last Sat. morning. 15 min to boarding and made myself two toasted ham, cheese, tomato and pinapple sangas whilst the barista lovingly made my favourite flat white! The old toaster would have had them toasted about ready for my return flight 6 hours later..............but I did notice the bread stuck to the top plate of this newie. No complaints.....not only did the lounge angels look after me with a fly-ahead benefit (and organised me 3D 15 min out), but I had a great breakie too!
