What happens if you pay for an EcoX seat and then make a winning bid for a business class upgrade? Do you receive a refund for the seat fees in EcoX? Thanks!

Well thats a pity! Not sure if I should just buy the Eco X for row 3 or take my chances with a low bid for biz on Syd-Lst.

I recently last month purchased Economy X for HKG to MEL and then was succesful with upgrademebid to 'The Business'. Upon return home I just called Velocity who then refunded the economy x to a travel bank.
