BNE Drinks Night Sunday 11 March

We seem to have at least 1 Brisbane drinks night every month in 2011, and we had one in 2012 so why not another.

Date: Sunday 11 March 2012,
Why: My birthday is on a Sunday.
Where: Norman Hotel 102 Ipswich Road Woolloongabba QLD 4102
Time: Onwards from 6:30pm.

I had all these big plans for my Birthday, you may have read this thread.
So I thought I should at least have dinner with a few friends and as most of my friends seem to live in Brisbane I might as well organize it in Brisbane.

I sent a PM last week to gauge some interest.

I have put you back on the Highly Likely list, on my last night flight last month I wasn't fit to do much past 7:00pm, at least Sunday isn't a work day.

You'll miss a good feed - IMHO, Norman's is better than the BC - in fact ISTR the owners of Normans [-]sold[/-] were running the BC years ago when it became quite famous for it's steaks before in turn buying Norman's.

I am surprised that we have not had a thread on why you cannot earn EDR points at all ALH properties, ironically the cheapest steak on the menu is the special that all the woolies pubs have, except at the other pubs its normally the dearest option!
