Book hotels with Qantas?

It was dealt with at the hotel, who honoured the stay based on my printout. In my experience, complaining to QF Holidays is a waste of time, usually met with a wall of silence.

Which I've done but with no effect.

In my experience, when they don't allocate the points, they also don't respond to any correspondence. Letters to QF in these cases are referred to the hotel, always with a negative outcome. I've had no such problems when booking through QF themselves.
