So travel date is also 02MAY - today? If the travel date is today, you are within the 24 hour window, so can call up the airline and ask if the ticketing is done and good for travel. If you have received a booking reference from Aunt Betty (shown on the screen when booking is paid for etc) - use it on MMB on airline website and see if it would let you check-in.

re: emails - Do check SPAM folders - sometimes emails from TA might land there (mail client might consider such emails as promo etc). If still not there, better to call aunt betty and see what is the hold up.

Bonza used to fly Mildura to Melbourne. A thin route for a B737
Why did you not book direct with the airline?

I don’t believe Flight Centre ticket instantly. Always a delay I’ve noticed before getting the airline details.
