Booking an F Award seat?

Hi all,

Hoping someone can shed some light on this on. I logged into my dad's Virgin account to do some searching for award seats. However can't seem to find anything in First? (i.e SYD-SIN on SQ) Do you have to call up to book? Or do they only show when you have enough points?

For SQ, best bet is to search this in KF website and if there is availability, transfer VA to KF and book it from there. You'll get a better deal booking via SIA compared to VA; 75000KF points vs 135000VA points. Transfer VA points to KF and save 33750VA points.

Fo all other F booking, you will need to call and book.
