Booking frequent flyer flights

Hi,
I’ve been collecting frequent flyer points for many years, but never used them as I’m a bit intimidated by the whole booking system. Is there a help desk that can help me book flights for my wife and myself by phone instead of doing it online.

They'll dig up the flights for you, then you book it like you would a cash booking, but with points instead.

(But having said that, you could try some dummy bookings on Qantas, VA or whoever you have points with to get the hang of it. Both Qantas and VA just have a switch to flick now to go between award and cash bookings. Look for 'Classic Rewards' on Qantas and V Rewards on VA.)
