Booking Qantas and Cathay

I just noticed that Cathay operate a flight from ADL to MEL.

CX104 Dep ADL 11:00 arrive MEL 12:55.

Is there a way to book Qantas from PER to ADL, then Cathay from ADL to MEL, and Qantas direct from MEL to PER??

I need the booking on the same receipt.

I tried the qantas website, but does not let you.

Is there a One World booking site?

I want to avoid going through a travel agent.

International Operators cannot take domestic bookings unless the booking is part of an international intin. Does not apply to Qantas of course!

I didn't think CX had the right freedoms to carry pax who hadn't flown with them internationally on the same itinerary.

Correct. No purely domestic passengers on that service.
