Booking to AUH...VA, EY or SQ?

Hello,

In terms of awards flights which option will use less points?

I've got Citibank and AMEX MR points and wondering which airlines program to use to book Perth to Abu Dhabi on Etihad on business return in November.

From searching Etihads website - ~153000 points.

I believe you have to call VA or SQ to redeem Etihad flights...please correct me if I'm wrong and if anyone knows if they will be less than 153000 points or more?

I know SQ from Perth to middle east is ~115000 return on business class but that's flying SQ.
