Booking with Velocity Points

Transferred Krisflyer miles to Velocity today. Tried several time to make a booking: Required are 23000 Pts or 17800 Pts plus $59.
Every time it says I don't have enough Points. My account shows 18418 Velocity Points.
Anybody would know what's wrong?? Thank you I just found out how to fix it!!

Yeah it's been happening for a while. For some reason during booking a flight, it hasn't picked up that you're logged in. I don't know the exact fix but you'll need to try login during the booking again, even if it says you are logged in. Weird I know, but should work.
