Just wanted to give thanks to an outstanding VA ground staff member, Joey, who I encountered in VA's SYD terminal the other day. A great representative for Virgin Australia.

He was just a very polite, friendly guy who ably assisted me onto my VA flight. He clearly loved his job, and enjoyed helping customers. It's hard not to be left smiling after such experiences. :D
