Brisbane Christmas drinks 15 December 2010

It was decided in the previous Brisbane drinks thread the next Brisbane drinks night will be on Wednesday, 15 December 2010.

The venue is The Mill Hotel Bar & Restaurant. It is located on Wickham Terrace, on the corner of Bartley St, next to Brisbane Private Hospital, opposite the old Tower Mill and ~100 metres from Jacobs Ladder.

I've worked 50-something hours in the last week so I doubt it's your trickle-down tax dollars at work... January on the other hand - unless people want to put on a bunch of parties and corporate events so I can get some hours?

If the sun is shining I’ll try grab a table out the front, otherwise we’ll either be inside or out the back near the pool table. I’ll try remember to add an AFF tag to the table for easy identification

It is still a little early but you never know. The hotel has been very busy recently and there were a lot of people dining last night when I was going upstairs.

Have just been reminded by my PA (Blackberry) that i have a Dr appointment at 18.00 near to home , south west brissy , so by the time i return to town would be getting on for 1900 at least, BUGGER BUGGER BUGGER , ahh well not to be i guess , will catch up another time

Not sure how long I'll be sticking around tomorrow night. Have a ~3:30am wake-up planned on Thursday to get out to the airport for a 5am flight.
