Why there and not Arc? The wine bar at Arc is walkin only. The restaurant has space, but not all attending would want the more formal aspect of a sit down dinner. They also have two hour table return policy.

I am staying down Gold Coast casue of the DSC so last train with connecting buses is 10.50pm.
Unless I can cadge a lift with anyone coming from down that way

A cheap private room Down at Coolangatta opposite the airport but anywhere from surfers on I gather I can hop a tram or bus ....
Because I ended up cutting two days from this trip (my sister turned up in Adelaide at late notice) I won’t arrive til 8.10pm Wednesday so I decided to stay there and grab the bus/train the next morning. I have done the morning commute from Brissy to GC before so i didn’t wish to do that Friday morning when I can take a swim and meander to the Qantas Club

We live nearby the Helensvale tram/rail interchange, about a 15 - 20 minute walk for me, so may be able to just collect you at from that station if you want a ride up with us. And similarly, drop you at that station at the end of the night.
