Main point, is the Transperth bus drivers are not accepting cash, or if they do, its no change, so small coins (I think).
Need to go have a look at the latest info.
If OP has a Smartrider card, then, yes, its easy to travel around by Transperth bus.
Sooner or later, we will have the train going under PER airport!
