Getting 1.5 points per dollar using an Amex card on Woolies gift cards is do-able from some places at the 5% off and then EDR offers can supercharge the Deal.
You cannot get that deal from the Wesfarmers/ Bunnings crew as far as I have heard..

That was an extra 1.5 points. So 3 points / $ in total....plus more points if promos are on offer.

You get 3 points per $ by buying your Bunnings Card from Coles.

All my Bunnings Shopping earns me 3 points per $ minimum in this way.

Can Bunnings be pushed on price matching? Masters are cheaper on stuff I buy in Perth by quite a bit but that may not be everywhere. We get special offers from Masters and Bunnings don't do white goods and lots of other things.
No point getting points if you are shredding real dollars.
