Food poisoning on one flight...followed by substandard customer service on another on the same trip and you are still hesitant to give them a feedback because you are worried how they will feel???

Further, you have already said this will not stop you from flying them in future...Gosh you are the loyal customers that Qantas is looking for!!!!

It is conjecture that the food poisoning was caused by the plane food.

I wouldn't worry about how they feel giving feedback. Providing it is concise and without emotion, there is nothing wrong with giving it.
