In all seriousness, who wouldn't want one of these simulators? It'd be a slight improvement over my Saitek Pro Flight Yoke and rudder combo with X-Plane 11. Now, which room to put it in...

Any tips, advice?

Get muchos muchos CPU and GPU to truly appreciate the wonderful scenery at ultra high quality. Lots of worthwhile threads over at x-plane.org forums to help any user level.

I'm seriously considering getting it (X-Plane, not the home simulator). Been a couple of years since i've dabbled in sims but feeling the need once more.
