I second KVB Kunlun on Park St - got my Euros there last time I was in Europe.

As a second option, Citibank Plus transaction accounts now allow you to withdraw from overseas ATMs without any free - seems quite convenient and rates do not seem that usurious...

Just heard about that CPA fee free thingy on OzBargain (pretty sure it was OB). Just gotta figure out what my Acct # is so I can go to AusPost to verify my ID.

Thanks for reminding this. Will use this instead of getting yet another card, GE-Money 28Degrees MasterCard. /START RANT/ I despise nuclear fission power as it's toxic and not really that green over the life of it, and only the builders get huge profits, one of which is General Electric - Mistubishi is another, which is why I use Canon cameras as Nikon is owned by Mitsubishi. Funnily enough Fukushima in Japan was made by GE and not Mitsubishi - a Japanese company...they tend to stick together the Japs. Anyhow /END RANT/.

Actually green house gases emissions per GWh for nuclear power over the whole life cycle are the same as solar. Instead of believing greenie brainwashing, please try to learn the facts especially if having a rant. Btw they make semiconductor chips in nuclear reactors, for example the brain and memory in your computer.

Plain old CBA for me.....good rate & IIRC no com.

I disagree. Was changing 4k to rupiah last week and was quoted 8500 at cba here. Cba in indonesia offered 9400 on the same day. Neither offered above board rate for largish amount so changed it elsewhere for 9525
