At the rate things are going I may also be here in Oct, so stay tuned.

Lovely to catch up with CaviAck on Thursday evening. Unfortunately Polarmolar was taken ill.

For those playing at home we ended up a Seafood place, so I ordered the beef, which was surprisingly cooked perfectly It took them about 2 hours to bring us the bill, but we were happy chatting in the interim. We did almost walk off at the end, but the bill finally appeared.

Sounds possibly promising! I'm assuming lunch is out so do you just want to catch up for nibbles and drinks in the lounge, or a meal somewhere? I've got no other pressing engagements, so just let me know (although I won't have a car on Wednesday, so somewhere close to Hilton would be preferable).

Lunch kinda depends on the day.

Dinner / Drinks works better. I'm happy to start in the lounge, but it is fairly average IMHO (although service is friendly). e.g. I would want proper food after a free beer or two.

Sounds good to me, I'm madly still typing a report and my hands are starting to shake I'm so far behind. I wonder if others get themselves in too deep at times. I hope I can manage a J upgrade as I can see I'll be typing then too (which is something I never do). I'm guessing by the time the CNS lounge rocks around, I'll be looking forward to a drink!
