Emailed Caltex over the weekend and got a response this morning. I applied for and was approved for card on 22nd Jan. In my account is 27 points for 54 litres of unleaded which I purchased on the 29th Jan. To my relief they confirmed my 5 months of spending started in Feb as it was close to the end of the month. Points will be awarded 6-8 weeks after $150 spend is met. Confident they will arrive now just have to wait and while and keep filling up.

Me and my partner have both spent over $150 in the month of March, but yet to see any points posted on our qantas business rewards (not just the 10k qantas bonus points, but also standard qantas points on spending).
Anyone had similar experience? Thanks.

My Feb points did not post until 25th of March, and given it's been a short week it may take longer this time around. Also, when they do post, QBR backdates the entries to the start of the month, so if you're looking for the points, make sure you look around the 1st of March for the fuel spend points at least.

Check again, mine just landed - it's been the 25th for both Feb and March for me, so it looks like that's the date they credit.

Edit: The bonus points anyway, haven't got the fuel points yet, but they also followed the bonus points last month.

My second 10k arrived this morning. Though oddly not the normal earn on spend (though there was an unrecognised 100 points - which I assume can’t be the normal monthly spend as I spent over $150)

Just checked and I have received my first lot of 10K points. I am presuming this was for my February spend (exceeding the min. $150/month spend). Good timing as I was beginning to get anxious

So this month will be the last month of the 50K points promo. I would probably hold on to the card a little longer, but I'll be replacing my car with an EV pretty soon so no need to keep this card. Anyone else planning to cancel after the ~25th when the points land? I'm going to have to work out how to do it.

Yes will be cancelling as soon as the final months 10k bonus hits towards the end of the month. Hoping to avoid the admin fee for July but no big deal if it gets charged.

Last time I held a star card I simply called to cancel. Should be very easy with no/minimal attempt to retain you.

Has anyone found that a purchase made on the last day of the month hasn't ended up on the monthly invoice?

Filled up on 31/7 and the monthly invoice today doesn't have that purchase which means the $150 wasn't hit for the month.

Has anyone experienced this causing any headaches? (I'm being pessimistic and assuming it will cause a SNAFU moment).

I make purchases by the second to last day of the month to ensure no crediting issues. Some transactions do not post until the next day, while some will post on the day.

You may need to phone them to see what can be done.

Cancelled via email this week. Was a pretty straight forward process. They offered an additional 10,000 points if i stayed for 6 months and spent 150/m. Clarrified if that was 10k/m or just 10k. Alas it was just one lot of 10k. So i cancelled.

Does anyone have a link to the T&Cs for the promotion that ended 30 June 2019?

Specifically, this was for 5000 QFF Business Rewards points per month with a minimum spend of $150/month over 12 months, totalling 60,000 QFF Business Rewards points.

I could only find the offer outlining information on the FlightHacks website, my question is for card holders beyond end of January, is the offer of 5000 points/month still going to be honoured?

If not, it would be quite rich to have cut it only 6 months in & loss out on half the points.
