Hi,

Can someone tell me if a QFF member can claim points & status credits for flights that were taken prior to the commencement of their QFF membership (assuming that boarding passes can be produced as evidence)?

I have spent about 10 minutes searching through the terms and conditions and can't find any mention of it.

Frequent Flyer - About the Program - Terms & Conditions

I have some vague memory of being able to do this with another airline loyalty program at some point - not that this fact is at all relevant to QFF.

Thanks Kate. "Earn" was about the only search term I didn't use. Redeem/claim/etc.

I shall pass on this good news. :)
