Hi,
I have a major complaint with QANTAS, nearly one year now to issue a refund of $56! Very embarrassing on QANTAS behalf and a complaint about service of a flight, loss baggage the list goes on.
Have wasted numerous hours emailing, trying to phone to speak to someone etc.
All I get is automated email response saying we will get back to you in 30 days! 30 days what a joke, but even then I have not had an email or a phone call.
I will not be letting this complaint rest till I at least get a response.
Does anybody know of a way to contact QANTAS manager direct with an email or phone call?
