Can Dash 8's use CBR runway 30?

steepest climb I have ever seen was an F18 out of Fairburn going to 20000 feet without leaving the confines of the airport.
... and the steepest descent I've had was in a Pilatus Porter. Started downwind at 10,000 ft and flew a 'normal' (steep) base and finals to land.

I am sure you have make steeper landings (and takeoffs), just maybe not to/from such altitudes ;)
