According to the AFF article below, you can opt-in to "Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct" for $60/year, allowing you to transfer your points directly to Qantas, if you have a Smart Awards or Ultimate Awards card.

Otherwise there are a couple of other Commbank Awards partners whose points can be used to book Qantas flights.
