Can I use my Priority Club points to book a room for another person?

My friends checked in to the hotel last Friday afternoon and were given executive room on 4th floor with lounge access and breakfast also included. Very nice benefits for a 5,000 a night pointbreak stay.

I got a call from them yesterday and they thoroughly enjoyed the stay although it rained in the Newcastle area on the weekend. They used the lounge one night for drinks and canapes between 5:30pm and 7:30pm and also had breakfast one morning.
