I might add that the lounge in Nadi is pretty average anyway, more like a bus shelter than an airline lounge. Reminds me of the old LAX lounge. I don't think it is any wonder QF wanted to get their name off it.
Saying this, as QF Gold on an FJ flight number, I had no issue getting access.

That is true.. but it was alright as early start from the hotel, so good place to have some coffee and toast for kids..

NAN airport itself is pretty average anyways..

SG + is the key in fiji. I asked very nicely a year ago as a QC on QF ticket and was turned down. Which was cool, its the rules.
I have been on a codeshare qantas operated flight and declined access to Brisbane QC. Often its the mood of the desk person.
