Can you recommend a hotel in Brisbane?

One more - Meriton serviced apartments on Adelaide St could be a good budget option. Nice, clean rooms with very comfy and plush beds which are close to the beds you find in proper 5* hotels. Ecco nearby is excellent and probably 1 of only 3 or 4 upscale dining establishments in Brisbane I'd consider returning to, and there's also a nice wine bar on the same street as the hotel though can't remember the name now.

Suggested hotels to avoid.JPGYou may want to consider avoiding Oaks 212 on Margaret St and Quest serviced apartments on Albert St. Construction of a new building commences between 6:30-7am Monday to Friday. The business traveller may not have too much to be concerned about; lesuire travellers tend to sleep in. 5 days of this racket is too much and Friday can never come soon enough. I'm always hoping for poor weather which shuts the site down.
