Thanks. As it happens, I just called and was connected to a lady in the Hobart call centre within a minute. I needed to figure out how to get the fees etc refunded and couldn't recall even which bank I'd used to make the reservation 9 months ago. She really could not have been more helpful and efficient. Credit where credit's due, that was top class customer service.
 
I was on hold for 1.5 hours yesterday. Good luck with the HUACA. 😕. I’m only gold, and I just don’t understand how this business can operate like this.
I beat you there. On hold 2hrs 20 mins. Drove to pick up friends and went to lunch. Qantas finally answered and I nearly ran off the road for n surprise. They are useless and never give an inch despite the hard ship caused by corona virus.
