cancelling Flexi fare - unable to online

hi, I booked a flexi fare & used a promo code and paid for it using credit in travel bank. when I go online I get a message:

According to the fare rules of your booking this ticket cannot be cancelled. #00119

anyone else have this problem?
 
Yeah it seems that paying by travel bank + CC/PAYPAL or Paypal etc will make you call the GCC, however paying in full with a CC/Debit card you can cancel online.
