Is this possible? I thought it was but I am having an issue trying to cancel an existing reward night booking. This is the text that appears next to cancellation in the room rate/type box.

Canceling your reservation before 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on Sunday, 15
January, 2012 will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 4:00 PM
(local hotel time) on 15 January, 2012, or failing to show, will result in a
charge equal to the first night's stay per room to your credit card. Taxes may
apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a
reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Total used 75,000 points for 5 nights on points + pay.

Just cancel onlone; take screen dumps (to .pdf's) as you go though each step.

The 75K should show up online as being credited to your account soon enough. ;)

I tried to cancel online. Keep getting an error!
