Can't find EK booking ref on ChkMyTrip

I've just purchased a EK flight in September 2023 and received my nice email confirmation with the booking reference. That was yesterday.

Today I decided to load up my CheckMyTrip app with the flight details and it couldn't find the booking reference.
And I understand from thread trawling I can also look up my ref on Finnair website too just to confirm details but they can't find the booking ref either.

Am I just jumping the gun too early? I want to see my e-ticket number to be certain my booking has been ticketed. It can't even find the booking! The only way I can find anything about my booking is by using the EK website itself. I thought CMT was smart enough to find all the details.

This isn't a redemption reward flight - it's just a purchased revenue fare.

Not sure that Emirates bookings are in amadeus.

Maybe try TripCase?

Does anyone know what ticketing platform EK uses? Clearly it's not amadeus.

make sure you are using the EK booking ref, not a travel agent one
