Agree. CAPA is about the aviation industry. QFF is a huge money spinner for QF and that's why they rate it so highly. it's not about the customers....
 
QFF does seem to have been quite innovative in trying to diversify and create revenue streams at a time when flying is very much reduced. I think some other frequent flyer programs have done this too to some extent, but QFF seem to have done more.

Perhaps there is a certain degree of good timing involved as I get the impression that they were already some way down the line with Points Club anyway before the pandemic. With the pandemic reducing flying it has made these other revenue streams all the more important at this time.
