Was going through some of dear old Dad's things and must say I don't remember the Captain's Club, but this card was with an F ticket from Sydney to Jakarta and details of a private jet from there to Bangka Island.

Hoping someone can fill in some details about the Captain's Club to refresh my memory!

Thanks, makes sense. There was also a card with Ansett Pass on it, maybe predating the Flight Deck name.

Well, TAA was a competitor to Ansett; ANA was the one absorbed into Ansett.
