RACWA ports into Woolies and 5% still works this week. We use over $50,000 most years for work and home. There is a delivery charge and a 10 card limit per order so i do multiple purchases/deliveries and use the snail mail option as there is no urgency.

RACV still gives 5% and eGift Cards via Woolies portal. So no need for snail mail or delivery charges.

And WISH=3%.

What a faff to have to maintain store specific cards to maximise the discounts!
They're taking all the fun out of it!

Now making it more of a hassle for an extra 1% discount. Does make me wonder whether a new employee at W or one of their 'consultants' has come across threads on social media about maximising the benefits of GCs? The same with Coles - remember they suddenly stopped the extremely lucrative offers for 2,000 points per $100 pre-paid MC where you could use a 5% discount C eGC to buy them having used Amex to buy the C eGCs.

Ah, the good old days.... Soon we may be talking about 'I remember back when there were two Australian airlines flying overseas'...

I think NRMA still has them at 5% off.
NRMA stopped selling them for a long time, and recently (the last few months?) started selling them again at 5% off.

I think NRMA still has them at 5% off.

RACQ does until 11th December.

Given the way they have worded it, I wouldn't be surprised if NRMA follow suit.

As was originally presaged, it is a WOW-initiated move so will impact all resellers.

Reward Gateway / SmartSpending are still providing them at 5% discount + 0.5% CC fee (but as said earlier, they seem to operate a different model, where they don't resell via the WW portal - and when the gift cards used to have expiry dates, they sold gift cards which were clearly purchased from WW earlier as their expiry date was always in 2 years 10-11 months time).

It's very clear that the game has permanently changed.

I bought what I estimated to be a year's worth when this was first announced by Cashrewards on October 16 (Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals). In hindsight I've probably bought 9 months worth.
Just because you have them - doesn't mean you need to use them quite so rapidly...

It might be time to ration given the 'unprecedented' circumstances ;)

I have access to the Reward Gateway/SmartSpending through my employer. It depends on what type of Credit card used. If it a low points earner, there is no change, a premium card 0.5 % and Amex 1.5 or 3% (can't remember).

For a very long time (shhh) Citibank Signature Visa had no surcharge with Reward Gateway/SmartSpending ;)
